Biography:

 

  Began private lessons in bass guitar at he age of 15 and in 2006 studied music at the Jazz department of Philippos Nakas Conservatory where graduated in 2010 with Jazz Harmony and Bass guitar diploma. With Yiotis Kiourtsoglou as main bass teacher studied different styles of Jazz and had the chance to participate in emsembles with students of Berklee college of music under the supervision of Takis Barberis.​ 

 

During the period of 2006 to 2010:

 

- Joined and performed with the funk group Funky Filtra in Athens and Central Greece.

- Recorded the album "Skepsi vroxis" for Dimos Loudaros and performed with his band in Athens and Amorgos.

- Performed around Greece with various artists. 

- Recorded demos and performed with various Rock groups

 

 In 2010  moved in Netherlands where  studied improvisation for a year in DJam school for jazz in Amsterdam and one more year at the Jazz and Pop department of Artez Conservatory in Arnhem where taught Jazz, Pop, Latin, Fusion and improvised music and took piano lessons. 

 

During the period of 2010 to 2014:

 

- Recorded the bass parts on the "Light Up" EP for the British singer/songwriter Anthony Burford.

- Performed around Netherlands with the Dutch singer Saskia Stekelenburg. 

- Took various master classes with the most important of Brad Mehldau in jazz improvisation at the Conservatory of Amsterdam.

- Joined several ensembles with Dutch and German musicians.

- Performed with Yannis Savvidakis
